General Horse Show and Facility Requirements

  • All riders, trainers, employees, and essential staff are required to wear a mask at all times per USEF regulations.
  • Please keep a social distance of 6 feet at all times.
  • Please limit interaction to within your immediate family and essential barn staff.
  • No spectators are allowed. Please limit your persons on property to essential staff only and one family member per competitor.
  • Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer often throughout the day.
  • Temperatures will be checked daily upon arrival and a wristband issued. Everyone on the show grounds must have a wristband.
  • If you are experiencing a fever or any symptoms you should stay home!

 

Competition Requirements

  • Please limit office interaction to just one essential person from your barn. We strongly recommend online adds and scratches as well as any other pertinent office communication.
  • A Wednesday schooling schedule will be posted each week along with assigned times for heights. No moving or touching of the jumps in the rings will be allowed on schooling day except by Equus Events staff.
  • During competition please limit your time and interaction in the schooling area and ingate. Learn your courses early to prevent gathering near the course board and ingate.
  • You must wear gloves or use hand sanitizer before and after touching jumps in the schooling area before competing.
  • Braiding is discouraged. Any and all braiders on property MUST register with the horse show office and receive a special wrist band. This will be monitored throughout the day and night. Anyone found braiding that is not registered will be asked to leave the facility.
