We have added a new show to the Tryon International Equestrian Center’s Schedule!
Halloween Celebration Horse Show

Due to a large number of requests and inquiries, we are adding the Halloween Celebration Horse Show at TIEC from October 31-November 2, 2014. This event will be a non-sanctioned Hunter/Jumper Horse Show with classes and classics offered at all levels. Our feature events and classes will be:
Friday, October 31st
• Kids “Tack Trunk or Treating” & Foot Jumping Derby at 6pm
~ presented by the Tryon Riding & Hunt Club
• $500 Welcome Hunter Derby (2’9”/3’/3’3”) at 2pm
• Leadline Costume Contest at 4:45pm
• $1,000 1.0m Jumper Spooktacular (Gamblers Choice) at 5pm and Exhibitor’s Welcome Party
Saturday, November 1st
• $10,000 1.25m Open Jumper Classic at 5pm
Sunday, November 2nd
• $500 Junior/Amateur Jumper Classic
• $500 Young Jumper Classic
• $1,000 Performance Derby (2’9”/3’/3’3”)
• $1000 Performance Derby (2’/2’6”)
The support we’ve received this year from our area equestrians was amazing and appreciated. As thanks we want to offer you a fun show with rewarding prize money that gives our area equestrians the chance to experience world class facilities at local level costs. The amenities, organization, staff, and overall quality will be second to none and will include opportunities to show and train horses in ways not offered at the local level. This event offers something for everyone and will make a fun, affordable way to layover for those heading south for the winter.
